Hour Eleven - $1,650
Our most popular package has the following inclusions:
Thirty days prior to wedding date, introduction to all vendors by Eleventh Hour Weddings as your wedding coordinator
Construction of wedding weekend timeline begins thirty days prior to wedding date with final copy sent to all vendors, wedding party and parents one week prior.
Venue walk through at least two weeks prior to wedding date
Two, one hour, in person meetings prior to wedding date
One hour for wedding rehearsal with main coordinator in attendance
Ten hours day of coordination to include the following:
Light breakfast or lunch for Bride and her maids
Picking up flowers if florist doesn’t deliver (conditions apply)
Placing linens on tables
Placing tableware on tables if caterer doesn’t offer
Placing centerpieces
Lighting candles
Placing ceremony décor (unity candle, programs, rose petals, candles, etc)
Placing reception décor (guest book, cake server, escort cards, pictures, easels, etc)
Ensure all vendors follow timeline as closely as possible
Two - three coordinators on site, depending on scope of set up needed, for full ten hours
Packing of décor items at end of the reception for take home
